NOTICEBOARD
Is your Grading Card up to date?
To attend events, your grading card MUST be up to date with all rallies entered in cluding February. IT IS THE RIDER’S RESPONSIBILITY TO HAVE ALL THIS INFORMATION UP TO DATE.
Unmounted Rally Attendance
Those riders who wish to gain an unmounted rally attendance must stay with their group for two sessions and must be in uniform.
No tying of ponies to trees, please!
Please note that the tying of ponies to trees at the pony club grounds is not allowed as the grounds form part of an official park. Please tie your ponies to your float or use the pony club yards.
Gear checking at the end of lunchtime
Please remember that if you do not attend the normal gear check time (11.30 to 12 noon) and the first session that you need to do a gear check at the beginning of session 2.

Please let either Caro Salthouse, Elisa Ling or Kathy Shackleton know that you need to be checked and one of us will meet you at the shed between 2 and 2.10 to do gear check.

Without a gear check you will not be given an attendance to the day. This rule also applies to those riders who attend the rally unmounted. You need to be checked off at either the normal gear check time (with your group) or at the beginning of the 2nd session at the shed. If you are not recorded on the gear check sheet you will not get a rally attendance.

Medical Arm Bands
Medical armbands are compulsory at all rallies. This is a reminder that the official medical Armband MUST be worn at rallies, makeshift or no medical armbands at all will mean no ride. A supply of Medical Armbands is available through Joan Henry who also looks after the uniforms. If you have any queries please contact Joan on 9436 1180.
First aid & accidents at rallies
All accidents that occur at rallies whether while riding, around your horses or just walking on the grounds must be reported to Elisa Ling.
