their team to ensure that they are going to turn up.

Canteen is from 11am to 3pm. Canteen team leader please ring Suzy Boyd
(9431 4577) for details about collection of bread rolls.

Set-up starts at 10.30am, pack-up 4pm. Set up/pack-up team leader to contact
Caro Salthouse (9717 2355) prior to rally for instructions.

Due to peak demands at lunch time, we may call upon some of our older riders to
help out in the canteen for a short time.
