We had our AGM meeting on Tuesday night. It was great to see most of last year’s committee choosing to continue on, we were unable to fill one very important position.

At this stage we do not have a Treasurer! This position is critical as we cannot run as a club without a Treasurer. The person who takes on this role will be mentored by the outgoing Treasurer and good systems are in place for the person who is taking on this role.
We also have room for one more person as a general committee member and we need someone to look after the role of First Aid Officer. The First Aid officer would need to have a minimum Level 2 First Aid qualification. The rest of the roles is mainly just filling out incident reports when they are required. We need our members to step and take on these roles. Without them our club can’t function. Even if you are a very new member, please put up your hand if you think you may be able to assist.
