Dear YHPC Members and supporters,
Please be advised that this year’s Annual General Meeting will be held on Sunday 7th April at the completion of the scheduled Pony Club rally.
Please find attached forms for nomination of committee members and executive and also proxy voting forms. If you are interested in taking up a role on the committee but feel unsure of what it might entail, please feel free to give me a call and talk it over (0412 217 190) or have a chat with any of the other committee members.
Please note that all nomination forms must be received by me at least 7 days prior to the AGM (i.e. by Sunday 31st March).
